I am a certified Health Coach with over 40 years of experience leading organisations, empowering and motivating people to achieve their goals.

I come from a family and country where lifestyle-related health challenges notably: T2 diabetes, depression, addiction, cardiovascular and other chronic health challenges are on the increase.  I also have first-hand experience of how the life choices we make impact on our health and wellbeing.

In 2015 I started training as a Health Coach in the UK,  specialising in skills and tools to motivate clients make effective lifestyle and behavioural changes that last.

​

Equipped with these skills and tools, I have improved my personal health and wellness and have supported others to do the same with lasting success.

We will discuss what is best suited and appropriate for clients during an initial complimentary needs assessment session.

Foundation Package

This entry level programme is suitable for those motivated or who just feel like they need some guidance and a prod in the right direction. Initial consult is followed by 2x40 min. monthly check ins.

Advanced Package

This intermediate programme offers a more regular level of support and consists of fortnightly 40-minute sessions. It is designed for those who need more guidance and coaching

Ultimate
Package

Unlock your growth mindset (12 weeks)

For the ‘high performer’ or the busy executive who finds no time for self-care and is heading for burnout, coaching focuses on supporting them set their Wellness Vision based on their core values.

Participants will be empowered with evidence-based information, tools and tips so they can find time to make self-care a priority. Sessions will include Stress & Time Management, Emotional Release techniques and other holistic therapies.

Many of us are using time at work or staying up late wading through the mountains of available information on health and wellness. Apart from the impact on productive use of time in general this is causing anxiety for people already overwhelmed with their life challenges.

They soon find that having knowledge is not enough for making lasting behaviour change.

Our coaching supports clients stay motivated, committed and accountable. We offer a no-nonsense approach while still demonstrating compassion and empathy, enabling individual clients get ‘unstuck’ as they uncover and overcome the barriers, beliefs and emotional blockages holding them back from performing to their full potential. 

We equip clients with proven, simple yet effective information, tools, and tips so they can:

  • Set SMART goals for wellness and optimum health.

  • Identify and overcome the barriers holding them back from living life to their full potential.

  • Stay motivated and committed to achieving their goals and enjoy lasting success.

  • Make healthy life choices.

 

Using a whole-person and whole-life approach to wellbeing, we draw from other methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychology, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Mindfulness for a holistic experience.

I have a family history of T2D and high blood pressure and have been on medication for high blood sugar, high blood pressure and cholesterol for some years. I joined Marie-Pierre’s self-care challenge 2 years ago. Only 6 weeks into the challenge my doctor and masseuse both asked me what I was doing as they noticed a change in my weight, blood pressure and blood sugar. Marie-Pierre’s style as Coach is very empowering, I now have a good understanding of low glycemic foods and of how I can manage my weight and health.
